Google Analytics: We have Google Analytics attached to our website, so we can better understand visitors to our website. This data is recorded completely anonymously.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· Subscribing to our email lists, downloading reports/and or checklists, guidelines, etc

· Purchasing one of our courses and/or services

· Subscribing to The Great Care Challenge

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

· From your manager and/or business owner in order for you to complete courses and/or workshops or subscribe to our email lists, the Great Care Challenge, etc

We use the information that you have given us in order send you relevant emails, provide you with access to our services, courses and/or membership services.

We will never share your information with anyone else.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting lorraine@lorrainehunt.com and/or unsubscribing to our email lists

(b) We have a contractual obligation.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored using cloud-based services, Tekmatix.

We keep your email address and name for as long as you are subscribed to our email lists. We will then dispose of your information by removing you from our email lists when you unsubscribe.

We keep your email address and name for as long as you have access to our courses and/or membership programmes. We will then dispose of your information by removing your information from our course and/or membership platform user database.

We do not keep your financial information if you purchase services, courses and/or memberships. This is processed through a third party agent, Stripe. You can find details of their Privacy Policy here: Privacy Policy (stripe.com)

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
